Paid Time Off

Vacations, Holidays, Personal Time and Sick Time. Generous accumulation of paid time away from work. Accruals begin at hire and increases based on years of service.

Shift Differentials:

Hourly RN, LPN, C.N.A. will receive for any hours worked between 3:00PM-7:00AM

Weekend Premiums

Hourly employees will receive for hours worked between 7:00 AM Saturday until 7:00 AM Monday.

Up to $2,000 bonus

Referral Bonus

Up to $2,000 bonus

Response Pay

Extra pay for hours picked up within 72 hours of the open shift.

Three option plans for our employees and their eligible dependents including prescription drugs and use of the Free Health Clinic and Fitness Center.

Coverage for employee and dependents at reasonable group rates.

Vision Insurance

Comprehensive coverage for employee and dependents at reasonable group rates.

Coverage up to $20,000. Additional coverage levels available for purchase.

Accident Insurance

Provides coverage if injured due to an accident.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

Provides a weekly benefit while the employee is off work due to a non-work-related illness or accident.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

Provides a monthly benefit to eligible employees who are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.

Critical Illness Insurance

Provides benefits if the employee or dependent is diagnosed with a critical illness covered by the plan.
