Who We Are

Founded in 2012, 360 SHS is a family-owned and operated licensed senior home healthcare company. Judy Loubier started the company in 2012 when her mother had a stroke and in 2018 her son Mitchell joined the business to continue their growth. Today, 360 has helped over 1,300 older adults, we have 120 employees across the state of New Hampshire with our office headquarters in Bedford, NH, and are proud to be a leader in senior care home care.

We are proud that 360 has been highly involved with the Alzheimer’s Association. Mitchell and Judy were asked to be representatives for the Alzheimer’s Association and speak with the New Hampshire State Representatives in Washington DC.  Judy also is an avid participant in the longest-day event for the Alzheimer's Association. In 2019 she was the 11th largest fundraiser in the country for an individual.

Our Team

We hire warm-hearted caregivers who truly want to help, and we match them with seniors who are looking for assistance. The strength and compassion that is born out of these relationships show us that connections are important through all phases of life. The respect, understanding, and assistance in these relationships are two-way. 

Our elder services specialists provide in-home care, elder care, respite care, senior personal care including showering and bathing, nursing services, elderly care and companion care services. With our senior home care services, elderly adults can continue to live independently–where seniors want to live–in their own home.

On a regular basis, we will send gift cards to caregivers who have gone above and beyond. We have a monthly newsletter highlighting new caregivers, employee anniversaries, and employee appreciation. 360 also does an annual caregiver appreciation banquet highlighting some star employees and sharing fun stories!
