We offer paid time off to all employees who have worked here at Lou Sobh Honda for a year. We offer health benefits after the first sixty days of employment and those include, Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Voluntary Employee Life. We also have Basic Employee Life and AD&D, which the company pays for. We have flexible hours and can accommodate to High School and College students.

Jacob L.
Jacob has been with Lou Sobh Honda for 5 years. He was one of the youngest Sales Representatives on our team, but his tenacity and positive attitude quickly propelled him to the top of our sales leaderboard. After proving himself in our Internet Sales Department, he was given the opportunity to run our Used Car Sales Department. We look forward to continuing to watch Jacob grow with Lou Sobh!
