More than just a business

We work hard to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and clients and believe every one of our employees is a caregiver in some way – some people show how they care by helping someone bathe, some show their care by cooking, some by cleaning, and some show their care by making sure everyone gets paid on time. Each person in our community, resident, client, and employee alike is important and considered part of our family.

Though our overall goal is to encourage an active and engaging life for our residents and clients, we realize we can only successfully do that if we encourage similar connections with our employees. In addition to monthly appreciation meals and events, we like to invite our families to special events like a day (or evening) at the game, cooking contests, holiday parties, Easter egg huts, and Fall Carnivals.

Who we look for

We believe patience and a willingness to help others are the most important qualities in a caregiver – and we’re all caregivers. We can teach our team the skills they need to provide personal care, clean a room, or prepare a meal that meets a physician-prescribed diet, what we are looking for is people who want to engage with seniors, care about the quality of their work, and a have a general desire to make a difference in someone’s life.
