OUR FOUNDER

Elsie Shields is from Greensboro, NC and has been a resident of Wilmington since 1995. She owned a gourmet kitchen shop with her husband for 10 years and enjoyed providing services that consistently exceeded the expectations of her customers. Her high energy and passion for providing food, comfort, and love to her customers brought joy to the people around her.

In the summer of 2013, Elsie launched Always Good Company Home Care, Inc. Through this business, Elsie shares her love of taking good care of people and bringing smiles to faces. AGC is one of the leading agencies for elderly home care in Wilmington. Elsie treats each customer as family and goes to great lengths to meet the needs of her clients.

This very same level of commitment to kindness is expected from her staff. Always Good Company Home Care, Inc. is a small, client-centered business, allowing Elsie the opportunity to provide very individualized attention and supervision to all of her families.
