Don’t settle for a job with no room to grow. Because of the ample positions, learning opportunities, and room for career development, it doesn’t feel like “just a job” at Apple Autos.
Apple Autos is not a typical dealership because it was built on the beliefs that people always come before profit. As a result, our best-price policy, mission, brand promises, and values were implemented. It is apparent that people come first at Apple Autos, and that goes for both employees’ and customers. Across the walls at all five of our locations are quotes by Leonard Rydell, founder of the Rydell group and major asset to the beginning of Apple Autos. Some of our favorite “Leonardism’s” are…
“Never take advantage of a customer, even if you can.”
“Don’t worry about the money, take care of the customers and the volume and money will be there.”
“Put yourself in a position to take care of as many people as possible.”
“Seek excellence, and the rest will follow.”
Shawn McCormick started with Apple Autos in 1994 as a sales consultant. He worked his way into management and was head of several different departments until he was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of Apple Autos in 2012.
Renee Beech has been with Apple Autos since the beginning. In 1993 she started as a part-time cashier, and eventually worked her way through several different departments: reception, accounting, new car inventory, and is now the global new car inventory manager.
In more recent years, Ryan Huffman joined Apple Autos in 2002 as a salesman. He too worked his way through management in several departments and locations until he became the general manager of Apple Ford Shakopee in July of 2017.
