People Come First

Whether you are starting your career or advancing it, when you join our team, you become a valued part of our family.

About Us

As a fourth-generation family-owned business, we recognize that the key to sustainable growth is having talented individuals on our team!

Beginning with our Ford/Lincoln dealership back in 1942, the Auffenberg Dealer Group now includes 8 dealerships across the greater O’Fallon, Belleville, and Shiloh areas.

Renowned for our wonderful selection, we feature brands such as Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Nissan, Mazda, Ram and Volkswagen.

Technician Resources

As we shape the future of mobility, our Ford dealerships require talented service Technicians with an unmatched commitment to delivering a quality customer experience with each visit to a Ford service department. As a Ford dealership Technician, you will help us during this pivotal time in Automotive history as we introduce new technologies and electrified vehicles to the marketplace. Your skills as a Technician will be put to the test working on some of the most technically advanced vehicles in the industry.

Ford ASSET Program

ASSET is a paid internship program that allows students to earn while they learn. Students alternate for eight weeks in the classroom and eight weeks with us as their sponsoring Ford dealer over a two-year period. At the end of the two years, they earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree and valuable in-dealer experience.

This program is offered by Cuyahoga Community College! Learn more about it here.

Ford Veteran Careers Program

The Ford Veteran Careers Program is a 24-month U.S. Department of Labor and GI Bill® approved registered apprenticeship. Every hired candidate will begin their new Ford Technician career with full-time employment with us. Once on board at the dealership, the candidate will complete 8 weeks of eLearning and practical exercises prior to attending a 4-week intensive Instructor Led Course at a Ford Service Training Center.

Once the training is complete, the candidate's learning will continue with selected activities and on-the-job training at the dealership. Successful participants will become a certified Ford Chassis Technician.

Community Involvement & Events

Team members across different dealership locations take time to connect with one another on both a professional and personal level.

We have an annual employee picnic where we rent out GCS Stadium for a company softball game, providing great family entertainment for employees. Additionally, we host community-friendly events that are free to the public. Another initiative that we are proud of is partnering with Hoyleton Family Services to provide Christmas gifts to 300 families that otherwise would not have the ability to provide gifts to their loved ones.  We are also involved in a back-to-school drive with the goal of gathering supplies for local school systems.  Chamber events, continuing education, food drives, blood drives, and social events are part of our culture.

Additionally, we recognize each staff member on their birthday and their workiversary every year. We also reward staff for going above and beyond for each other and their customers!
