Our Leadership

Bird Bell Bishop is the owner of Bob Bell Automotive Group.

As owner of Bob Bell Automotive, Bird Bishop strives to continue the legacy set forth by her father since the company’s beginnings in 1979. By creating a family-friendly atmosphere and maintaining the organization’s core values to always put the customer first, she is able to uphold her father’s venerable legacy.

Bishop earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Maryland, and prior to joining Bob Bell Automotive, worked in public relations at Hill & Knowlton, Inc., in Washington, D.C. She has three children and enjoys weight training, tennis, golf, traveling and vacationing at the beach. As an advocate for children and adults with dyslexia, she is also trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach to tutoring.

The 7th Annual Bob Bell Automotive Charity Golf Tournament is scheduled for September 9, 2024!

Bob Bell Automotive has partnered with There Goes My Hero to host the 7th Annual Bob Bell Charity Golf Tournament to raise money for blood cancer patients and their families. Last year we raised $101,388!

Hosted by Bob Bell Automotive at Chartwell Golf & Country Club. This event is sure to be "TEE"-riffic!

Bob Bell Automotive is thrilled to announce the outstanding success of the 6th Bob Bell Golf Tournament which raised $101,388 for There Goes My Hero.

Held in September at the prestigious Chartwell Golf & Country Club, the Bob Bell Golf Tournament brought together passionate golfers, sponsors, and community members committed to making a difference for individuals and families affected by blood cancer.

The event was a remarkable showcase of camaraderie, outstanding sportsmanship, and philanthropy. The tournament saw a tremendous turnout, with 136 golfers participating in a day packed with competitions and skill challenges. We will see you all September 2024!

Bob Bell Automotive proudly announces the success of its recent Pink Tag Sale, which raised $28,302.00 for Buddies Charities. Bosom Buddies Charities, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to promoting breast cancer awareness, encouraging early detection, providing support for treatment, and celebrating the journey of healing.

The generosity and compassion demonstrated by our customers and staff have far exceeded our expectations. It's heartwarming to know that these funds will contribute to the important work of Bosom Buddies Charities in making a positive impact on the lives of those affected by breast cancer.
