About Our Company

Our History

Mr. Robert W. Moore began in the auto industry in the early 1950s, with Bob Moore Oldsmobile in Wichita, KS. In 1970 Bob Moore relocated to Oklahoma City purchasing the first Cadillac dealership. He built his company based on the guiding principles of hard work, great customer service, honesty and respect.

Bob Moore's son, Mark Moore, assumed the position of President and CEO in 1998. Since then, the company has expanded to 14 dealerships, 18 brands, a collision center and more. The company operates on those same guiding principles today.

Commitment and Collaboration

Bob Moore represents the gold standard for automobile dealerships throughout the region. Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to greatness begins with our employees who advocate for our vision, mission, and values. We believe it's not what we do or how we do it, it's why we do what we do.

At Bob Moore, we are intentionally looking for individuals who are customer focused, desire to make their mark in the automotive industry, and utilize their talents and abilities to achieve success both for themselves and the company. We want employees who seek collaboration and teamwork and conduct themselves in a manner that exemplifies our values of Commitment, Opportunity, Respect, and Empowerment. People who, because they are valued, value our customers.

Our Community

Bob Moore is committed to making each of the communities we serve better. We know that a great workplace environment includes giving our team members opportunities to work together to make a difference in the lives of others. We work alongside community organizations that provide meaningful and interactive experiences for our employees. In the end, it creates a community of people within the Bob Moore organization who are passionate about volunteering and helping those who need it most.
