Randy Byford Biography

With and intense commitment to respect, loyalty and authenticity, I have built a successful career and established a strong reputation as an excellent car person. My personal objective is to continue my business growth while maintaining the highest level of integrity and respect.

I began in the car buiness in August of 1983, within the last 36 years, I have built a reputation that has served me well in my professional and personal life. I have taken the values learned from a family of pig farmers from Comanche, Oklahoma and the influence from a mentorship with one of the most respected automobile dealers in the country to create a business model that resonates with the values of Oklahomans.

The business model instills importance on core values, such as integrity, respect and a straight-forward honest approach to every customer. I have spent my formative years in Southwest Oklahoma area, and since 2002 have continued to enhance my reputation by building a successful business with a reputation for integrity, respect, and quality. Oklahomans know and trust that "Nobody treats you better than Byford"

This approach and expertise has translated well in the way Byford Auto Group operates. With an intense commitment to maintining customer relationships over the long haul, a customer is created not by a transaction but by a relationship. With a focus on developing customers from repeat customers and referrals, Byford Auto Group has exponentially gained a level of trust, support and loyalty from all they serve. This is the number one reason why Byford Auto Group leads the market in sales and services.

Byford Auto Group is comprised of 9 locations from Southwestern, Northwestern, Western and Central Oklahoma. We currently maintain Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Ford franchies. This will enhance the organizations opportunity to increase the ability to meet the needs of the expanding customer base.

The dealerships I have been involved with on day to day operations have recieved numerous awards and recognitions as a result of these core values. The awards include exceeding district, regional and national expectations and the highest level of CSI in my 36 years in the car business.

“I have work for Byford and Gold Key Service Center for over 6 yrs. I started out in detail shop as a detailer. After a few yrs. I was promoted to service advisor. Now I am a service manager and run my own store. When I started out, I did not know a lot about vehicles and how they work.
