Cardinal Bay is a local, non-profit organization that has owned the Carriage Inn and Village on the Park communities since 2016. Our communities consistently win “Best Of...” recognition in their towns and are top-rated senior living providers according to A Place for Mom and Caring.com - and our vision is to be an organization that inspires and sets the standard for senior living.
