When the establishment was first acquired it had been a mediocre performing operation that was not producing the results that it had the potential for. The first challenge was analyzing what exactly the needs of the area were. After determining the needs of the area came locating and purchasing the correct products that catered towards our clientele. Following, our establishment’s upkeep is well maintained, clean, and organized. This in turn helps keep our staff happy. This happy and motivated staff provides excellent customer service, which leads to an increase in customers, their satisfaction and their retention.
