About Circle Motorsport, Inc.

At the age of 12, Circle BMW's Founder & President, Tom DeFelice was busy changing the labels on the parts bins at this grandfather's business, Circle Chevrolet in Red Bank, N.J.  As he grew older, DeFelice did just about every job in the dealership including washing cars, changing oil and performing tune-ups.

In 1974, DeFelice accepted a position as a salesman at Circle Chevrolet, then located in Shrewsbury, N.J., and jointly owned by his grandfather, father, and uncle. What began as a temporary job has turned out to be a life-long career for DeFelice. After succesfully selling vehicles for four years, he was promoted to sales manager. Two years later in, 1980, DeFelice took over the dealership's operation. DeFelice purchased his own BMW Franchise in 1981 During those early years, Circle BMW shared space with Circle Chevrolet; however, as Circle BMW grew it became apparent that the luxury dealership needed its own space. DeFelice embarked on the process of locating a new home for his dealership and decided on a piece of land in Eatontown, N.J. on Highway 36. In 2005, Circle BMW opened a new 55,000 square foot state-of-the art facility. Circle BMW is presently located in Eatontown and employs more than 100 people.

As the years have progressed, I’ve felt like I’m more and more a part of a “family” here at Circle, especially in our Parts Dept. I don’t think I’d trade this in for anything after all these years.
