At Clear Lakes Dental, we offer patients exceptional care in preventative, restorative, and other dental services in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. One of Clear Lakes Dental goals is to provide exceptional oral healthcare to individuals that are on Medical Assistance without barriers to care. No experience is needed to start here at Clear Lakes Dental and we love to promote our team members! We don’t base pay raises or promotions on tenure - we base it on performance.
Someone can start with Clear Lakes Dental as Front Desk Receptionist and move on to become Assistant Patient Support Team Manager to Dental Operations Manager OR they could move into the Clinical side as an Unlicensed Dental Assistant and choose to go to school and get their license to become a Licensed Dental Assistant, Licensed Dental Hygienist or a Dental Therapist or Dentist!

Clear Lakes Dental first opened in October, 2017 at the St. Paul Midway location. Two months later, we opened our Downtown St. Paul Office. We opened a smaller standalone office on Rice Street at the beginning of 2019. We opened our current Robbinsdale office in July, 2019. During the pandemic, we were still open, providing emergency dental care, even providing support on the weekends. In July 2022, we had the privilege of opening a sister clinic, Emergency Dental Professionals, providing emergency care.
As expansion plans were put into place, we consolidated offices and moved to our new larger (12 chair), beautiful East St Paul office. Clear Lakes Dental is continuing to expand with planned new offices in both Brooklyn Park and Coon Rapids opening in the first half of 2023. Clear Lakes Dental plans on opening 2-3 new offices each year as we expand our outreach to providing exceptional dental care in areas where options are limited for patients with Medical Assistance. We do accept most private insurances as well as Medical Assistance.
Clear Lakes Dental values our team’s creativity, humor, and fun side. We offer many different events, monthly employee challenges and lunches, and two annual employee events. Our Summer BBQ is our way of celebrating Team CLD with an outdoor potluck at a park in the Twin Cities. We play games, give out prizes, and enjoy each other’s company and the warm weather. Our Winter Event, our largest, is a formal event held for all of Clear Lakes Dental and Emergency Dental Professionals, our sister clinic.
Team CLD showcases their humor and creativity through our monthly TikTok Challenge. Each month, our team members can submit TikTok videos to win $50 - $150 gift cards, or for a lunch outing for the entire clinic. We value innovative ideas from all team members as a way to improve our patient care and efficiency for our practice. When innovative ideas are implemented into our systems, we reward the team member who presented the idea with gift cards and a company wide email. We value feedback and honesty from our team and are always seeking ways to improve on our processes that lead to employee satisfaction and exceptional patient care.
