Ashley

Director of People Services

Ashley, Director of People Services, joined the Cliff House team in 2021 with an impressive background in Human Resources, a love for Northern New England, and curiosity for the Hospitality Industry. After relocating to Southern Maine, Ashley took the opportunity to combine her professional skills with her love of traveling and interview at Cliff House Maine. Since that first interview, Ashley says Cliff House has felt like home. Here, she has had the opportunity to learn and grow, connect with guests from around the world, and to truly recognize and appreciate our hardworking team members. Her favorite parts about being a team member are the time invested into staff training, the recognition from management, and of course the location. Ashley never explored opportunities in the Hospitality industry before joining our team, but it’s clear to us that hospitality has always been in her heart!

Julia

Executive Assistant and Special Projects Coordinator

Julia, Executive Assistant and Special Projects Coordinator, joined the Cliff House team in 2021. After her graduation from Providence College, she knew she wanted a creative career and the ability to help people through her work. Her childhood on lake Winnisquam fostered a love for water, combined with her days as a competitive alpine ski racer led her to embrace all seasons of New England, and she knew she wanted to live and work here year-round. While interviewing for the executive assistant role, Julia was excited for the opportunity to be able to help in her professional life, as she had aspired to do. It wasn't long after settling into her role at Cliff House that Julia found she'd be helping people much further than professionally. The work she does as an executive assistant and special projects coordinator directly impacts the experience of our guests, and helps families create memories for a lifetime. Julia's inquisitive, kind, and helpful nature continues to show us she is the perfect fit for the hospitality industry and Cliff House is happy to be able to introduce her to it.
