Cloud 9 Colour proudly serves the Ottawa region and surrounding areas. We are run by two Student Works Alumni who ran the largest ever student-run painting business in the Ottawa area. Together we have a combined 10 years of painting experience and have managed nearly two million dollars worth of painting projects.
