Career Growth

Coach-Net's Customer Service Representative Career Path starts with new employees completing 6 weeks of training. We have Front-End Level 1 and Level 2; and we have Back-End Core 1 and Core 2. Our Training Team will provide you with all of the knowledge you will need to be successful!

Once you are fully trained you can work on moving towards our Technical Service Career Path. This includes Services Writer, RVTI Tech Level 1, RVTI Tech Level 2, RVTI Tech Level 3, and RVTI Tech Level 4! If you want to complete the training to become a manager, HR works with you directly on scheduling training classes to help you become the best version of yourself in Management!

If you later find out that your talents are best suited for a different department, HR will work with you directly to assist with training in order for you to be eligible to work that department.
