Natalie Arroyo was our On-call specialist and promoted to Office Manager.
Mark Cuevas of Rochester was in HR and now promoted to Office Manager.
Community Care established their first ever, “it’s a great place to work” committee. The goal for the committee is to achieve two purposes. The first purpose is for Community Care to be involved in our communities by volunteering our time with organizations that assist our neighbors in need. This includes soup kitchens; assist with the building of HUD homes; stock up food pantries, etc. We will volunteer every three months with employees to participate throughout the year. The second purpose is to find ways to have a fun work environment that will build employee morale as well as ideas to make Community Care as the “Best Company to work for in New York.”
We participated in the Puerto Rican/Hispanic Day Parade on June 2nd, 2019. We also sponsored the Adelante Gala on May 10th, 2019. They are a non-profit organization that raises funds for community based programs (i.e. housing, free courses, referral source).
