Eau Claire Ford Lincoln has been operating with Rick and Sherry Mohr sinced 2004. Rick and Sherry have since created a dealership built on family, loyalty and values. There are seven main values Eau Claire Ford Lincoln strives to follow with number one, being the value of honesty and integrity. When reading the values that the Mohrs’ created for the dealership, it is easy to see how important their customers and employees are to them.

We alo value our community and are proud to be an Annual Sponsor of the Jig’s Up Ice Fishing Contest. Every year we give away an F150 to help raise money for the local college Athletic Department.

Eau Claire Ford Lincoln is unique, because we are slightly larger than your average “small company” but we continue to treat each and every employee like they are family. Having the proper tools to perform your work is essential. Eau Claire Ford Lincoln has always been good at keeping our shop tools in good working order and replacing/updating when necessary. Five years ago, I started at Eau Claire Ford as part of my HR Internship. Instantly I knew this was a place I could see myself long term, even with no automotive industry experience.  When my internship came to an end the management staff provided me the opportunity to stay on full time at the dealership. I started in Sales, then was promoted to Assistant Service Manager, and now I am currently the Service Manager.    I appreciate that Eau Claire Ford continues to develop and invest resources to maximize the strengths and abilities of each employee while encouraging growth within the dealership. There are many opportunities at Eau Claire Ford for people to find a career path that is rewarding. I am thankful to be part of the Eau Claire Ford team and look forward to many more years to come.

Jake Polzin

Business Manager

A year and a half ago, a friend and now colleague encouraged me to come join the team at Eau Claire Ford as a Sales Consultant. I had thought about selling cars for years and after military service, and working in the construction industry, I was happy but felt unfulfilled. So, I took the “leap” to try something new and I am so thankful I did. Since joining the team I have grown so much both personally and professionally in ways I never expected. After nine months as a Sales Consultant, there was an opening in the Finance Department and I am now one of the Business Managers. Eau Claire Ford has provided everything I was looking for. The environment here is a ton of fun. The benefits are great. They're family oriented, which as a husband and father, is one of the most important things for me. And if you work hard and are committed, they will meet you more than half way, which is something that I think is hard to find these days. I can honestly say that I have loved working here and now feel a great sense of accomplishment and fulfillment in my life. Eau Claire Ford has had such a positive impact on my life, I am very excited for many more years as part of this team.

Parts Manager

I started at the dealership in 1982 as a Parts Advisor and have had several opportunities to try different positions within the dealership including Service Manager, Parts & Service Director and presently the Parts Manager. The dealership offers great opportunity for advancement and learning of new skills related to the automotive business. Although after almost 40 years working here and getting ready to retire soon, I am going to miss the professional as well as family atmosphere created here by the owners and fellow employees. This is a great place to make a career, an honest living, and lifelong friends.
