RETIREMENT

F&V offers a 401k Traditional Plan and a 401k Roth Plans. We also provide matching contributions on your behalf into our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) effective the month after you start.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

F&V offers PTO time that starts accruing from day one of employment. You may use this time as you see fit. 

OWNERSHIP

F&V is an employee-owned company. In addition to the company ESOP, team members may apply for direct stock ownership starting after a year of employment. 

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

F&V provides educational assistance to eligible employees who have completed six continuous months of service.
