Building a Legacy

Gordon Chevrolet on Ford Road in Garden City first opened their doors in 1983. Since then we've have always been a catalyst for change as we have introduced new and innovative ideas to make the purchase of a vehicle more consumer friendly. For example, Gordon shocked the Metro Detroit area in 1989 by inventing the No-Dicker Sticker, which wowed customers by displaying the best price on a red tag hanging from each vehicle’s rear view mirror up front without the need of haggling. No longer did the customer have to rely on their negotiating skills to get a good deal. 

That philosophy, maintained to this day and our family friendly atmosphere, is what paved the way to success and compelled the dealership to complete a major expansion in 1991 and several updates in recent years.

Gordon Chevrolet believes in being transparent with their customers in sales, service, parts and the body shop. We don’t play the games some dealers do when it comes to pricing or services provided. We work hard to satisfy each and every customer and if we fall short of that expectation, we use that as an opportunity to improve and get better.
