Who We Serve

Guardian Energy Management Solutions is an energy efficiency provider serving New England since 2012. We provide turn-key solutions and services for commercial, industrial, and municipal building operators that wish to reduce their energy consumption through energy efficiency projects. Guardian focuses on non-residential buildings that are typically more than 50,000 sq ft in gross building size.

Guardian provides energy studies, planning, design, engineering, installation, project management and support services for its customers, and has considerable experience working with municipal customers.

Who We Are

Guardian has licensed electricians, pipefitters, building automation system technicians and HVAC tradespeople on staff. Guardian has in-house project engineering staff (lighting, mechanical systems, controls systems, electrical and energy engineering). Guardian has positioned itself as a ‘turnkey’ provider of energy conservation and carbon reduction measures.

To date, we have helped over 500 customers implement nearly 5,000 retrofit projects. Our goal is to help building owners, facility directors and financial managers reduce energy usage and operational and maintenance costs.
