Bob was hired as a Service Advisor in 2010 where his hard work, leadership and attention to detail proved him to be a perfect candidate for a managerial position. He was promoted to QuickLane Manager in 2012 and then again to Assistant Service Manager in 2016. As the assistant service manager, Bob shadowed and learned from our Fixed Operations Director before his retirement. Learning so much from him that Bob was promoted to Fixed Operations Director in 2017!
