HMV Properties is a family-owned and operated hotel company with seven branded select-service hotels all across North/South Carolina. We have two more hotel properties under construction and are looking to purchase two more in the next 12 months.

Our present Corporate Regional Director of Operations joined the company eleven years ago as a housekeeper and quickly transitioned to front desk associate and front desk supervisor. Having had previous sales & marketing experience in the computer industry, she was promoted to S&M Manager.
After a period of a year, she was given the General Managers position of a 153-room operation opposite a theme park, running this location for five years. As COO, I saw her potential in her performance. As we expanded, so did the corporate office whereby we enlarged the infrastructure.
She was brought into the office to assist in overseeing the operational aspects of the portfolio and has excelled at the challenge.
