Building a Legacy
Since we opened, we've steadily grown and we've continued to build our loyal customer base, which speaks to how enthusiastic we are for the future! Here at Home Helpers of Dupage and Will we believe our employees are the fuel that drives our business, so we treat each person like a valuable part of the team. A good example of this is our Care Manager, Tracey, who started off as a caregiver. After 5 years of excellent care, she was promoted to Manager which is a position she’s held for 6 years! We promote from within, and Tracey is the epitome of that. Additionally, five of our caregivers have been recognized nationally for their exceptional work -- something we are very proud of!
