The dealership owner has been in the retail car business for over 37 years and we just celebrated our fifth anniversary in our Grays Harbor location. We have a solid management team in place who follow the philosophy of employee engagement and our dealership has virtually no staff turnover. Our goal is to promote from within our organization and in fact we have promoted team members representing over 25% of our organization in the last 5 years.
Our people are our most important asset and we treat everyone like they are part of our family. In addition to our promote from within company philosophy, we are opening a 2nd Honda location in 2023 which will provide for significant career growth and opportunities for our entire staff.
