Our Direct Care Staff consists of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I & II), and Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Provide one on one nursing care in the home with critical, complex clients with a focus on trach and/or vent patients of all ages.
We also provide services and supports for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as well as In-Home Aide Services for children and adults.
Do you know the difference between Home Care and Home Health? In Home Care, we work longer shifts in patient's homes. In home health, a nurse visits multiple patients per day. Our shifts range from 4 to 16 hours per day with one patient. We are driven by the quality of care we are able to provide.
We also use Electronic Charting and Electronic Point of Care (POC). The days of having to mail, fax, or take notes to the office are now in the past. Now we are able to chart efficiently and effectively via a mobile device. The supervisors and patient's physicians are able to obtain patient status almost immediately.
