All regular, full-time employees can volunteer for up to 8 hours (1 day) per calendar year with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. More than one organization may be chosen. Employees will be paid at their normal pay rate for the volunteer hours.

I have been with Jacks Small Engine for almost 10 years. I started out in an entry level position as a packer. Over the years I have grown within the company and been promoted multiple times over the years. At this point I am now the Warehouse Manager of the whole good division. I really like the fact that Jacks promotes within the company and gives employees the opportunity to grow. At Jacks we take the time to get to know our employees and it helps with the daily tasks of the warehouse.

My Journey began here in April of 2012. I started as a picker in the warehouse, then quickly moved to receiving and to a team lead for the warehouse. I then moved to customer service when I was about to have my first child in June of 2015. Throughout my journey I accomplished many goals.. always pushing forward with a positive attitude! I then transferred to the front counter at the retail store in the summer of 2016, making great customer relations my goal and selling mowers like crazy. I always kept a smile on my face and a drive to sell anything and everything I could. I am now the retail store manager. I put in a lot of time and effort to achieve this position. I have enjoyed growing my career here at Jacks Small Engines.
