Eric was hired in 2011 to be a grounds keeper, helping us clean around the property. Eric quickly grew a desire to be a part of the business side so he was then brought over to be a parts delivery driver. Shortly after that, he worked his way to a Parts Counter Salesmen interacting with our customers even more. In 2013, Eric accepted the Parts Manager position. Eric is a perfect example of how you can achieve greater things if you are flexible and willing to learn.

Charlie was hired part time in 1991. He was a senior in high school participating in a co-op program at the school. After he graduated, he wanted to continue his work at Landmark being a Parts Delivery Driver. Charlie quickly learned the business from experience and got his first promotion to Parts Counter Salesman. He was only in his early twenties when he was asked to be Parts Manager of our Mosheim location. After handling Manager duties for multiple locations, Charlie was promoted even further in 2012 to becoming our Director of Parts for ALL Landmark locations.

Mike began his journey with Landmark in 1977 participating in our Diesel Apprenticeship Program. By 1985, he worked his way up to Shop Foreman. After continuing to gain new education, skills, and leadership he quickly became Assistant Service Manager. Shortly after, Mike became Service Manager. Most recently in 2015, Mike gained another promotion to Director of Fleet Maintenance. Even 38 years after Mike began with us, he is still earning promotions and excelling in his career.
