Sean Lawley grew up in the car business and has actively performed most every job role imaginable. He is a hands-on owner who has skillfully surrounded himself with competent managers. A native of Colorado, he and his wife relocated to Sierra Vista in 1995 where they have raised their young sons and grew their business with the vision of simultaneously providing big city discounts and small town friendly service in the desert southwest.
Entry level Lot Attendants can and do transition to Sales Consultant, and many of our competent Sales Consultants find themselves specializing in Internet Sales or cross-training for Finance & Insurance or Sales Manager positions. An entry level Lube Tech can grow his or her career into becoming a factory-certified Technician, and we have success stories where Technicians become Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Service Manager. Everyone starts somewhere.
For the past two years we have hosted a Lawley Night at the Races – Bob Santa Maria, our COO, races a Nascar Super Truck at Tucson Speedway with the aid of a number of Lawley co-workers.
