Jessica started out as a cashier many years ago and through her customer first focus she has developed into one of our top selling Service Advisors in the entire Midway Motors auto group. She has consistently grown year after year, is loved by her customers and co-workers, and is always included in the conversation when we need input on service or customer related issues. She’s truly a rock star!
In 2009 Kevin started with Midway Motors working in the carwash and his work ethic and tremendous attitude made him stand out to managers and leadership. He earned the opportunity to work in the sales department where he helped hundreds of customers and again stood out for his positivity and willingness to help. In 2013, Kevin moved into the parts department to learn more about the rest of the dealership and also spent a few years as a Service Advisor. He is now in charge of our Midway Motors McPherson Chevy Service, Parts and Detail Departments and continues to learn and grow every day. Side note...the guy can flat out cook some amazing food so we get to enjoy that too!
Service and Parts Manager
Matt began his career at Midway Motors Hutchinson in the parts department in 2010. He always did a phenomenal job and worked hard as a good team player. He’s very good with customers and the next step in his career path was to become a service advisor. He spent several years working in one of the top ranked service departments in the state and earned a change to manage the service department at our Newton location where he is already making a huge impact.
Johnny “Ringo” Rempel has been part of the Midway family for over half of his life. He started washing cars back in 1999 and has worked his way up to a sales management position in our Ford and Chrysler store in McPherson. He’s worked in about every department and has an incredible amount of knowledge about the operation. Jon cares a great deal about the business and works his butt off so it’s no surprise that he continues to grow. But it’s his personality and passion for helping his team and customers that make him truly great.
Katie started off as a part-timer in her high school days and helped out in the office with title work. She’s always been an absolute go-getter and someone that’s trusted with project after project because she will get it done no matter what. With a positive attitude that’s infectious, Katie has the ability to raise morale and make people around her better. She has grown and tackled many new roles over the years with experience in new and used vehicle inventory management, she helped create a rental car department from scratch, assisted service advisors in the service lane, and most recently has earned a spot as the HR manager and is an amazing Midway Motors brand ambassador.
Midway is a family that shares its time, talents, and resources to help our communities thrive. They aren’t just places where we do business. They’re home. As an organization, we support a wide variety of community causes – from youth sports and schools, to fun local events and non-profits.
