We offer comprehensive medical insurance to all full time employees. The cost is shared between Napleton and our employees as a way to ensure employees are not burdened with extreme medical costs. Additionally, our medical plans offer prescription drug coverage and access to Teledoc.
All full time employees are invited to join our dental plan. Our dental plans cover 100% of preventative care. It also provides coverage for basic and major dental services, including an orthodontia benefit for you and your eligible dependents.
The Vision Plan provides insurance coverage for eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses. Our Vision Plan participates with the major eyeglass/contact retailers.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Take advantage of a Health Savings Account (HSA) which lets you set aside tax-free money to pay for certain health care expenses. What you put into your HSA comes out of your paycheck before taxes are applied.
We offer a voluntary 401(k) Plan that allows participants to contribute a percentage of their pay on a pre-tax basis to be set aside for retirement.

Paid Time Off
All full-time employees are eligible for vacation & sick time, and paid holidays. The amount of vacation leave is determined by your continuous years of service.

With this enrollment, all Chrysler employees will be able to enroll at Strayer University and complete a no-cost Associate, Bachelor or Master’s degree!
