I started as the evening and Saturday receptionist in April, 2018. I transferred calls to the correct department and person. I started helping more with scheduling service calls and really started enjoying it. It felt good to be able to offer more assistance to the service department and to be able to help the customers out more. I eventually got promoted to the service department as a BDC agent (Business Development Center) to take service calls and help customers accordingly. I was then promoted to the BDC Manager position, where I can now help those customers, as well as help the other BDC Agents grow within the company.
Outside of my family, I have a strong passion for customer service. I enjoy speaking with customers and together figuring out a solution to their needs. It gives me great pride to see the smiles on our customers' faces.
My best skill would be being able to connect with the customer and help them with their needs efficiently.
"To be so effective that we are able to be helpful to others." That is the motto of our dealership and I have adapted to my life as well. I aspire to help the dealership grow and keep moving forward.
