About Us

Our CEO, Jeremiah Boucher, is a value investor and the founder of Patriot Holdings LLC. He has specialized in the acquisition and development of alternative commercial real estate assets over the last 20 years.

Coming from humble beginnings, growing up in Las Vegas and spending his summers working for his father’s paving company in New Hampshire, Jeremiah learned the real estate business from the ground up. He has spent his entire career in the real estate business, diving into the industry as a real estate agent and single-family residential investor. He pivoted into manufactured housing parks and helped build one of the largest manufactured housing funds in the country.

Patriot has been syndicating commercial real estate projects since 2007, participating in 110 + Mobile Home Park and Self Storage Facility Transactions, with the goal of providing the best rate of return for our investors. Patriot currently has $320M Asset Under Management throughout the U.S. under the All-Purpose Storage and Patriot Properties Management brands. We pride ourselves in our hands-on leadership with 50+ employees headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada and our corporate management offices in Keene, New Hampshire, as well as on-site property managers.

Community Involvement & Events

Jeremiah is an Eagle Scout and has sponsored activities for Troop 562, donating to their Trunk or Treat and Operation Christmas Child events. He has provided opportunities for the Troop to earn badges in Finance and also Conservation. Jeremiah loves helping develop financial life skills and fostering the importance of conservation in the youth of the Las Vegas community.

When it comes to activities, our team members enjoy bowling, hiking, yoga, cycling, basketball, football, and pickleball. Our goal is to participate in the yearly Las Vegas Corporate Challenge and bring home some trophies!

Additionally, Patriot has hosted Team Building Events at Top Golf and Area 15. In 2022, we had our first annual Halloween Costume Contest and traveled to Manhattan Beach, California for our first annual Team Building Retreat.
