These career fairs allow staff to learn about job tracks in various departments, with an overview of all positions from entry-level to high management. Phillips Chevrolet provides extensive training to new employees as well as continuing on-the-job training to existing and advancing employees. Phillips University is an intensive two week training course for new members of our Sales Team.
