Our Story

ReadyCare was founded in 2017 in Waterford, MI and has humbly grown its presence from one to six senior living communities spanning the entire state of Michigan.

ReadyCare is a privately held, family-owned company, and is operated by Janelle Land, RN. Janelle is a Registered Nurse of over 15 years, a wife of 25 years to her husband John, a devoted mother of 4 beautiful children, Jade, Jett, Julia, and June, and a proud caretaker of all kinds of animals. 

ReadyCare has a strong leadership team and a precise and effective care model that guarantees safe and routine care for all of our clients and caregivers.
