Runde Auto Group is a family-owned group of dealerships located in the Tri-State area, owned by the same family since 1927. We pride ourselves on our customer-centered approach to business, always putting the customer’s best interest first. We have a strong commitment to transparency and integrity in the car buying and servicing processes, something that is increasingly rare in the industry.

We will never charge customers hidden fees or sell concealed or unnecessary products. We are committed to a straightforward approach to business, creating lifelong relationships between our customers and a dealer they can trust.

Runde Auto Group has four dealerships spread across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Our central headquarters is Runde Chevrolet located in East Dubuque. In all, we offer eight new vehicle brands: Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, along with a great selection of pre-driven vehicles.

Community Involvement

Runde Auto Group sponsors a multitude of non-profit and charitable organizations in the Tri-State Area. Some major examples include:

Runde Auto Group also provides a large “Community Support Truck” for Dubuque area non-profit organizations to use for their business needs. It's our way of saying 'thanks' for helping the community.

People-First Culture

Runde Auto Group has two employee outings per year, usually including a golf outing and a Christmas celebration to encourage team building and involvement in the Runde community. We also have a Wellness Exam and Non-Smoking Plan (associated with our Health Coverage) to encourage our employees to live healthy and tobacco-free lives.
