We announced a renewed and enhanced partnership with RV Technical Institute (RVTI) to provide all RVR techs with access to RVTI standardized training, curriculum, and certification resources through RVTI's Authorized Learning Program.
Jon Ferrando, Chief Executive Officer and President of RVR stated, "We are pleased to announce major enhancements to our partnership with RVTI to deliver training and certification for our service technicians across the RV Retailer family of stores. This investment by RVR in tech training will support the continued growth of our service and parts business. RVR leads the industry with the most service technicians enrolled for RVTI training and the most Level 1 certified service technicians in the industry in just over a year."
Last year we entered into a historic deal to partner with RVTI to provide tech training and certification to all of our techs. We just renewed our program with RVTI and the exciting news is they have committed to major enhancements to the program. All RV Retailer techs will continue to have access for no charge or fees to all Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 tech training resources, testing and certification. New training for Level 2 and Level 3 certifications will be added in the upcoming months for all of our service technicians to access. Our vision is to have all techs certified. We encourage all techs to get going on Level 1 certification through RVTI via this enhanced partnership.
