SCC Quick Lube center is a team of enthusiastic professionals that are dedicated to providing each and every guest with a superior experience at our facility. Our department is a great one for the person that would like to move up into our Chevrolet or Chrysler facilities in a further developed role. In fact, several of our Service Advisors and Technicians here started out in our Quick Lube facility. It has proven to be a springboard that teaches how to work efficiently and confidently as well as interact with a variety of guests that come through our bays. Our team of Technicians learn guest interaction, payment processing, need based selling, and how to provide a top-notch service to every guest, everytime.

We are very proud of our culture which largely comes from being a part of the Rydell Auto Group. The Rydell Auto Group was founded in 1954 and has grown into a group of 85 stores in 17 states! Our Founder, Leonard Rydell, had many strongly held business and personal philosophies that served him well. I have been in the automotive business for forty years. I started back in 1979 after high school as an automotive technician at a small independent repair business. In 1984, I started here at the dealership as an automotive technician. I then worked for several years as a service consultant before being promoted to my current position.  One of the great things about working at the dealership is the opportunity for employees to advance or move to a different department as things change throughout their careers. I have been able to experience that for myself being able to move from a technician to a service consultant and then service and fixed operations manager. I have also seen this with other employees, if one area or department is not a good fit for them or they are looking for advancement the dealership will work with that employee to provide the training or support needed to find their right place at the dealership. The dealership has had employees who have started in the Quick Lube Center that became service technicians, service consultants, and parts consultants just to name a few. What I like most about my job is the great team I get to work with, from our service consultants and technicians, reconditioning department, parts department, collision center, and sales department staff. We all have the same goal in mind, to provide excellent customer service so that when our guests leave they feel like family and they are completely satisfied with their experience at the dealership.

I started in the detail department with Sheboygan Chevrolet in October of 2018. I believe that each one of our customers deserves the best quality in our vehicles. Even if that meant coming in early and staying late to ensure each vehicle was properly detailed and I performed at the highest level. Since transferring into Sales I still believe each customer deserves high-quality vehicles. I just now approach each customer with the idea of helping him or her to solve a problem or achieve a goal, Not of selling a product or service. I am able to help my community by the opportunities that this company has provided me with. The company also helped me grow as an employee but most importantly a person.
