Long before the company was founded in 2005, the founders had a very long and prosperous partnership that included diversified real estate development and management, as well as a solid reputation for developing and operating first-rate hotels and resorts.  

Our current franchise hotels are all award-winning properties ranked in the top 3% of all hotels within their respective franchise brands.  Today, S&L Hospitality has hotels throughout the US ranging in size from limited-service properties to full-service hotels with restaurants, lounges, and meeting and banquet space.
