In April of 2022, our co-worker and friend Al Pintor retired after 63 years at Sommer's Automotive! He started with the company in 1959, pre-washing cars, and worked in the detail center for his entire career with the company. Al's achievement, his dedication and work ethic will be forever celebrated and remembered by Wally, Don, Grant, and the entire Sommer's Automotive family. As a matter of fact, at his 60th anniversary celebration with the company, he was presented with an award forever re-naming the detail center after him. Al had an impact on countless people throughout the years, his story was and will be a great one to tell for many years to come. We had a great party for him, catered by Saz’s, and shared a lot of stories and laughs with the Sommer's team from past and present. We wish Al the absolute best and longest retirement anyone could ask for. Cheers Al!
