About Us

The Developmental Advantage is a Pediatric Outpatient Clinic located in Charleston, WV. We primarily focus on providing early intervention services. We are offering ABA for Children up to age 6 with Autism and other disabilities. Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy are available for children up to 10. 

We are an accredited Behavior Health Center of Excellence focusing on pediatric outpatient therapy serving Kanawha and surrounding counties! We are currently hiring enthusiastic individuals interested in a rewarding career!
