The Maids of Kansas City is passionate about employing people who come from all walks of life. We employ single mothers, college students, refugees, and immigrants. Our greatest source of new employees is referrals, including family members of our long-time employees.
In an industry known for its turnover our average employee has been with us over seven years and we have over a dozen employees that have celebrated their ten-year anniversary with us. Our specialists work on teams of three to four and there are opportunities to be promoted to Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and Field Manage. Every house we clean is unique and there is usually a short drive between houses for a bit of a paid rest between cleans.
