About Us
The Transformational Education Adventure (T.E.A.) Center is the world's first leadership institute for children. We aim to create a caring and hands-on learning environment that develops the whole child — socially, emotionally, and intellectually — while instilling leadership skills. Our programs are for children in Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and grades K-6.
We provide a unique work environment where you connect with leadership! Stay up to date on early childhood development with continuing educational support and paid attendance to conferences and workshops. Feel confident knowing your skills are constantly evolving and enjoy raises when you complete educational milestones. In addition, a mentor is provided for your success for the first year.
