W. W. Cannon, LLC provides Material Handling and Storage solutions to our customers in such a way as to create a love and trust of our employees and company.
We believe in supporting our employees with a family-friendly work environment, a commitment to promoting from within, outstanding benefits, and a belief that every employee deserves a productive life outside of work.
Whether you're an experienced professional or looking for on-the-job training, we’d love for you to join our team.
W. W. Cannon, LLC has been one of the leading Materials Handling and Storage Planning Distributors in the Southwest for more than 80 years. Bill Cannon began W. W. Cannon in 1938 selling shelving out of the trunk of his car in the hot Texas heat. Beginning a business during the Great Depression meant you had to be economical and separate yourself from the competition.
In 1996, Greg Brown bought W. W. Cannon from Fair Industries and kept this solid, reputable name. We continue to separate ourselves from the competition through our philosophy of a customer driven, turn-key solutions focus. Maximize floor-space, improve productivity, and increase safety. It’s what we do.
W. W. Cannon has survived more economic turmoil than 10 Texas Tornado Seasons and will continue to evolve, be strategically future focused and endeavor to come out stronger.
Our Core Values (Respect, Teamwork, Integrity & Excellence, Giving Back, Gratefulness, Safety and Fun!) shape the way we ensure our customers have innovative, value added solutions that will increase or restore productivity, and the bottom line while creating a safe ergonomic environment.
W. W. Cannon provides insurance from Nationally recognized providers.
W. W. Cannon pays 100% of the Long-Term Disability Policy and encourages our employees to purchase the Short-Term Policy, which comes at a very nominal fee.
With matching employer contribution between 1% and 3% of total contribution depending on calendar year.
We know employees need time away from work to recharge and spend time with family. (1-5 years = 10 days; 5-10 years = 15 days; 10 years or more = 20 days)
There are times when something important can’t be taken care of on the weekend (Personal Time) and times when employees or their immediate family are ill or need to go to the doctor.
An added time of relaxation and time away with family in addition to Paid Vacation and Personal/Sick Time.
