History of Dealership

Windy City Motorcycle Company is owned and operated by riders for riders. We officially commenced business in 2000 as a motorcycle (and related clothes, parts and services) retailer for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. At that time, Windy City Motorcycle Company had one location of just 18,000 square feet, 14 employees, sold 300 motorcycles per year and had annual revenues of $6.0M. Today, we are among the largest motorcycle distributors in the U.S., representing 4 premium OEM brands and operates out of more than 15 locations. We now boast an annual revenue approaching $150M, employs approximately 420 plus persons, teaches about 2200 students annually to ride motorcycles and delivers over 5000 motorcycles per year in the greater Chicagoland and Milwaukee markets. Our 25% year-over-year growth has been fueled by exceptional customer service and the strategic acquisition of dealerships, spun into exciting motorcycling destinations.

Jill Giglio, wife of long time Harley enthusiast and CEO Ozzie Giglio, says it best, when it comes to the way we go about delivering exceptional customer service. “Our priority is providing a ‘World Class’ customer experience.” We didn’t necessarily strive to become the biggest, just the best. We’ve grown the way we have by successfully maintaining the ‘Mom & Pop’ feel at our stores while heightening customer service levels and offering fair prices. Additionally, we have sought out the most skilled and talented professionals in the industry—who are as committed as we are—to providing a superior experience for each and every customer who may grace any of our establishments. It’s a tried and true formula and we have found that, if you don’t skip steps: It works!”

How We Care For Our Team

Passionate About Our Community

Windy City Motorcycle Company has partnered with the University of Chicago Medicine in their research for early detection and treatment of Head and Neck Cancer and in his fight to save lives! What they are working on could save people a great deal of grief (surgery, Chemo, radiation, mutilation of the body) as well as lives. WCMC has committed a $200,000 donation to support this cause in a multi-faceted fundraising effort.

We also pride ourselves in staying connected with our community, by getting involved with various other charities. See the full list below:
