Findlay Chevrolet employees are comprised of a tapestry of people with a wide range of experience. Because of this enriched pool of people, we are able to nurture and cultivate in-house while embracing our new employees. It is not uncommon that you will meet staff members who had originally been hired for one job and have since moved into another role.
We recognize that everyone is a work in progress, therefore in the midst of striving to fulfill our primary function as a automotive dealership, we work hard to create and maintain a healthy and inspiring work culture. Having said that, often times the best person for a new job opening may already be one of our team members.
