We are all CNA’s ourselves, so we know how hard CNA’s and HHA’s work and we respect them for it. This respect is reflected in our 4 Caregiver Incentive Programs that allow our Caregivers the opportunity to increase their earnings based on their individual job performance. Our respect for the compassionate work performed by the members of our Caregiver Team is also demonstrated by our strong preference for promoting from within: we recently promoted a member of our Caregiver Team to a FT Admin. position; we will likely have 2 to 3 more positions available before the end of the year as well.

Amada Daytona has so far donated more than 200 pizzas to local hospitals and physician offices during the pandemic to recognize and support our frontline Health Care Heroes. 

Amada is an official employer-partner of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), a division of the U.S. Department of Defense. That’s because we’re committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting and retaining military spouses and have dozens working at Amada offices around the country and our corporate office.

Amada also is the exclusive in-home care provider for the NFL Alumni Association for retired players, coaches and staff. And Amada has earned certification from the Home Care Standards Bureau and numerous other qualifying agencies in the senior care industry.
