From the caregiver, to the CEO, all those on the Angels on Call team are dedicated to our mission and excited at the opportunity to assist those in need. Every single person plays a vital role in our success, and the ability for our clients to stay in their homes, so senior leadership has an open-door policy to ensure we are engaged and connected to the expanding organization.

To support our objective, each office has a four-person structure and an after-hours on call, that is available to the clients and caregivers, 24 hours a day. We are committed to being the shoulder to lean on, in even the most delicate situations, and that does not end at 4:30!

Working at Angels on Call is more than a job – it is a commitment to be your best. We encourage teammates to voice their goals; both personally and professionally, so we can assist in meeting them! Our motto is: “We care for our caregivers, just as our caregivers care for our clients and their families.” We build our team from within. Caregivers often become schedulers, Field Service Coordinators, business development personnel, and Office Managers. We even have a tuition reimbursement program, for those who want to get their CNA.
