Biggers Mitsubishi has been in business since 1989, making it one of the longest operating and trusted stand alone Mitsubishi dealerships in the country! What makes us unique from other dealerships starts with our hiring process.
Unique Hiring Process
Unlike most dealerships that prefer to seek out candidates with automotive sales experience only, Biggers Mitsubishi is open to, and often hires individuals from many other customer service, retail sales, and hospitality industries. We feel that if we come across a candidate that reflects the core values of our brand, and shares our dedication to customer service beyond expectations, we are happy invest the time and money to train them properly.
Career Advancement Opportunities
As a result, our training process is much more rewarding to the new hire, and gives them a solid foundation from which to launch their new career in automotive sales. Currently, there are approximately 45 employees at our Elgin location, and just about every single manager employed here, started out in an entry level position, many still here from the day we opened our doors. By hiring the right people up front, then providing them with the tools and training to succeed, we are able to retain long term employees that grow with company.
